And to feel great about the work we do it\u2019s essential to fuel up with passion and purpose. As I wrote in <a href=\"http:\/\/jongordon.com\/seed.html\" target=\"_blank\"><em>The SEED<\/em><\/a>, happiness is a byproduct of living and working with passion and purpose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style138\" align=\"left\">But Jon, I don&#8217;t know what my passion and purpose is, you might say.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style207\" align=\"left\">It&#8217;s ok. The first step is to be the SEED, plant yourself where you are and begin to serve and make a difference.
